For Kochi, that spot might just be Haji Ebrahim, tucked near Lulu Mall. I honestly can’t remember who told me to check it out (if you’re reading this, thanks and also… remind me?), but I finally stopped by one evening, already half full yet determined to give their famous shawarma a shot. Every mouthful hits the perfect balance of creamy, spicy, and smoky, without being greasy or overstuffed. For the price, it’s an absolute steal and a must-try if you’re anywhere near Lulu Mall.
